The vine is asleep and has no more leaves. We took the opportunity to perform:
- Plowing for the soil tilth and int order to promote the penetration of rainwater and the burying of fertilizers and organic materials.
- The uprooting of old dead vines.
- The size: it lasts 4 months and determines the performance, the health status and the maturity of the grapes.
- Attachage of young shoots horizontally on iron son to maintain them.
