Now it is time to harvest the the fruit of a year of work. A stressful period when we cross our fingers every day that the weather will be pleasant and will spare the vineyard from rain or hail.
So it is harvest's time and the development of our vintages.
Many questions and challenges arise since the years follow one another but don't look alike.
3 months will be needed to provide the best of the vintage.
